First time here, Great Overall Experience! I was able to get same day appt. when I called. Great customer service by everyone. The Doctor and her assistant both answered All of my questions, concerns and they even broke down all payment info. And explained each item that I was going to need for my pets. I was given all options and I did Not feel Pressured at anytime. I found the perfect place and great doctor for my Pets!

(Disgusting) They took such advantage of my mom and dad who are in there 80s. Brought there 4 lb kitten in for treatment had for one day told them he had to be put down charged them 1000 dollars plus Talk about totally taken advantage of. My parents are on a fixed income had zero compassion for thier situation charged them to the fullest killed thier cat Horrible service sooooooo sad I have reported them to the BBB And will continue to report and speak out so this place cannot scam any other vonerble people I have herd other horror stories about this place . (Please Please Be Aware) TOTAL MONEY GRUBBERS FEEDING AND THINKING ONLY ABOUT THEM SELFS HEARTLESS

Horrible people and horrible customer service. All they care about is money. Also the Vet leaves before they close. So if you get there while their still open they’ll tell you they can’t help you. Cannot rate them low enough.

From my experience they have always been nice to me and my pets. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because every appointment I've had they have gotten my pets in late by 15-30min past my scheduled time. It hasn't mattered if I show up on time or early- they run late. Also it is slow once they do get you in a room. I always plan to be at the vet for at least 1.5- 2 hours for a general check-up.
