Lane 4 steals your ball and doesn't give it back went to front desk a couple of times brought a 2 year old didn't even finish our first game kitchen didn't give us our food and started to argue with us when we showed the the receipt  I do not recommend this at all

I took my extended family for an afternoon of bowling over Christmas holiday. My family had fun, and the facility met expectations. I rate as 3 stars as staff member Troy was rude, flatly refusing to allow us to bowl on two adjacent lanes despite 10 consecutive lanes available at the time.
