So disappointed in our (very expensive) couch and loveseat we bought from here. We purchased an extended warranty and have had nothing but the run around trying to get problems with our couch taken care of. Finally got someone out to look at the issue and he told us he couldn't do anything about it. When I went in to speak to someone personally about this I found several salespeople just standing around talking and drinking coffee but no one was willing to help me. NEVER will return, Buyer beware!

Don't ever buy from here. I got two couches and a new bed from them a year ago with a 7 year extended warranty that they won't honor. I've had them out to look at one of the couches 4 times in the first year and both Turks and the couch company won't fix it.

Don't EVER buy from here!!!!!

I bought a kitchen table, sideboard and mattress, none of which was cheap. I have had to have the table replaced twice already and they were supposed to have the third replacement to me by the end of March, 3 weeks after they were going to order it.

Here it is April and I still have the same split table that they said was going to be replaced. I'm calling the BBB and going to Mega Furniture.
