We had started of by going to the one in Bloomingdale I believe. That's where we met the store manager Mike. We moved the service that he gave us so once we found out he had moved to this location we headed that way. Sales representative are nice and aren't pushing you to buy things.

My daughter boughta sectional from the room place it was the worst purchase she ever made. The pieces did not match up the console had the cheapest and out of date hardware, cup holders were loose staples coming out of the furniture some parts were not even stapled at all. Then they refused to take it back.Even though she complained on date of delivery that she was not satisfied with the purchase. She switched the two ends they are SUPPOSED to connect with metal brackets those are loose 1 section is mismatched the back is CLEARLY 2" higher than the rest of the set and the seat is 2 inches lower. The ottoman does not fit in between the set the answer to that is buy another section. She has asked for a refund and these people absolutely refuse to refund her they told her if she isn't happy they will exchange the item but she HAS TO spend the same amount or more! So we filed a report with the Illinois States Attorney Consumer Protection Division.

Screwed up a simple TV stand order. Not once, but picked up the wrong piece and delivered the SAME wrong piece and would do nothing to compensate us for THEIR errors.

NEVER purchasing furniture from here again! We had a kitchen table put on layaway and obviously made payments on it until we moved into our home and all of a sudden it was on back order for 2 months! How is that possible when its on layaway? Then the manager wouldn't even give a discount or free delivery for the long inconvenience. Will be shopping elsewhere from now on

This place is totally unprofessional. I received my sofa set on time but the problem is the sofa makes a creaking sound as if the wood is not structurally sound. I immediately called customer service which inturn sent out a technician. The technician didn't find anything broken but stated that the sofa frame was weak and that he could not do anything about it unless it was broken. He proceeded to tell me I can complain to the office after they received his report to request a replacement. I called customer service and they told me that since it wasn't broken that I'm stuck with it and they would not do anything about it. So screw the hard working middle class with furniture that they won't stand behind. If anyone reads that's please trust me and go elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone not even an enemy.
