Turners is an old time hardware store that has pretty much everything in stock that can no longer be found in a hardware store, service is number one, if someone doesn't offer to help you almost immediately, you better pinch yourself to see if you've become a ghost.

I've been collecting knives now for about a year and a half, and here recently I've started trying my hand at making them. Well I went to Turner hardware for very small machine screws and other stuff like that the home Depot doesn't carry. So I get there and not only is the staff beyond helpful I see one of the finest collections of higher end knives for sale. Well I got my machine screws but now I have to explain to my wife where the three new very high end knives came from.

Girls up front were just chatting outloud and didn't want to sell me 3 bags of concrete because it was 30 minutes before closing time. Never returning again.

What a BS hardware store. Double the price of any competition. I don't know how this place is still in business with their BS hours. They seem to only be open when everyone else is at work, so it's impossible to shop there.
