Me and my mom have had a terrible experience with the salon and managers. we didn’t get what we asked for and hate our hair. We  couldn’t get a full refund. Beware!

The staff is excellent, kind and supportive offering suggestions if you are not sure what you want done with your hair. From the time you step into the salon to the time you leave the staff make sure your experience is pampered and that when you leave you are totally satisfied with the services they provided. Had the best experience at Tuscan Sun Spa in Clarksburg. I was able to get a last minute appointment and they fit me in right away. Best haircut I've ever received. I can't remember the woman's name, but I would love to request an appointment with her again as soon as possible, any way I could get help finding out her name? Thanks!

Thank you Tuscan Sun Spa for a great overall experience.    Traci is amazing and was ultra professional in service and also  pleasant and patient to answer all my questions.  Great atmosphere and a good place to score some new WVU gear for the upcoming seasons.

Tuscan Sun Spa is a very calming and relaxing atmosphere.   The service is awesome and the consultants are very courteous and friendly.   I love this spa!
