I have to say my family has lived here 3 years and I loved it when we first moved in and I still love it.  Managers Mike and Tammi are really nice they work hard at keeping the grounds clean and looking great.  They do a great job in my opinion.  Only set back with living here is the lot rent keeps going up which is on the owners not the managers. 😊

Lived here. Management is on you about everything like parking in the street, or if they think your house doesn't look good enough during their 'inspections', or if you have a dog over 20 pounds (even though a great Dane lives there with no problems)... yet they allow people who have the cops called on them a few times a week to continue to live peacefully... awful place to live...

The management is top notch in this community.  The grounds are always clean and well kept.  The community pool is the cleanest I've ever seen.  Any time I have an issue with my home, they send someone out immediately, if possible or next day.  They offer great community socials, some during the day for people who are home and some at night and on weekends. It's a great way to meet your neighbors, have a great meal and laugh it up !  I also like the fact that a background check is ran on every resident, so we know we live in a safe neighborhood.  Also, the best schools are within walking distance for our children.  The only thing that would make it better is if we had a bigger/better work out room.
