Want a wonderful team of people to start! From the moment I went down to look at my options we found the right vehicle for us to take on my birthday getaway. The Holiday Rambler Vacationer and it was perfect. The have lots of choices to pick from depending on what you are wanting to do or experience and all price ranges. The best thing is we tried this earlier this year with Road Bear had great experience their with the Ace Thor Class A but that is the biggest one they have 28’ still said Road Bear in certain places. Were as here same if not better rates more personal and you don’t pull up to your campsite has a renter, but looking more has an owner. We did run into few hick ups on our adventure and the team was right there to assist as any RV owner knows stuff happens. Only delayed us by 3hrs and the staff at RV Rentals of Orlando supported us through everything to get us back on vacation!! Five stars there. Also I’m going to share some pictures of the RV so that maybe can help you out on thoughts ideas, etc..

Rented from RV Rentals of Orlando this summer (2017) and had an amazing experience. I selected the vehicle online and made my reservation for a Class A for 2 weeks. The RV was just as pictured, even better! Very clean and modern perfect amount of space for our family and dog to be comfortable. Holly helped me get a great deal. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a unique and fun family vacation.

Got Screwed and then was told "let that be a lesson to you" by the owner, Frank. I called a week and a half ago to rent an RV for my family for my birthday getaway. When I reserved the RV, I was told that the power was out so they would call me when the power came back on to take my CC info. I gave them a couple days before following up. Called back and they confirmed that they had my info (read the RV model and dates back to me) and we were still good for pickup the following Friday, but the power was still out so "don't worry, we'll call you when it comes back on." Finally decided that I needed to find out why they hadn't called me yet (2 days before pickup). First Holly couldn't find my information. She remembered me and the reservation. She then told me that my information had been ripped out of her book and that's why she hadn't followed up with me. I was told that the unit that I had reserved might not be available, but they needed to confirm. I wasn't happy, but they wanted to call and see if the unit would be returned on time and would call me back. I waited 3 hours for them to call back, no call. I called them to see what was going on and was told that they had extended the rental and it wouldn't be available. I was offered a smaller substitute that was not what I requested, and wasn't offered an apology, discount, gas credit, or anything at all for the situation. I asked to speak with the owner, Frank assuming that he would obviously want to make it right. I tried to explain to Frank what happened and was cut off before I could finish. I was told that my 3 day rental didn't matter and I could take my business somewhere else (multiple times). I was told that I needed to be taught a lesson when I said that I would never talk to one of my customers like that. I was told that I didn't have a confirmation number so my reservation wasn't worth anything anyway even if I had confirmed it twice with Holly. I could have taken another vehicle, but I'll be damned if Frank will ever get a dime from me. I suggest that everyone heed the other negative reviews, because if it comes down to it, Frank is going to screw you and then let you know that he's teaching you a lesson. Sounds like a company you want to deal with right? Go somewhere else, anywhere else. Don't get screwed by Frank. Let my "lesson" be your lesson as well and show Frank what the real lesson of poor customer service is...a phone that doesn't ring.

Easy check in and received full instruction on the use of the RV. We are return customers and looking forward to our next trip!
