DO NOT bank with Tustin Community Bank in Orange County. They have horrible customer service period, and that's why they have 2.3 stars on google. The way they talk to you is in a demeaning tone, and they talk more than listen which is always a recipe for bad customer service. I just spoke to the President after speaking with the CFO hoping he would listen, but he acts in the same way which shows the customer service must reflect from the top management.

HORRIBLE!!!!! THEY TREAT YOU AWFUL IF YOUR LATE LIKE YOUR A BAD PERSON OR SOMETHING. I GET HARRASSSED AT WORK BY MARTIN. HE CALLS YOUR WORK AND DOESNT CARE IF YOUR JOB IS AT RISK! IM STILL A CUSTOMER AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE CRAP. THE WOMAN THERE ARE NICE, AT LEAST THEY DONT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE CRAP! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! SMALL BANK AND YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD WANT MORE BUSINESS SO THEY WOULD TREAT PPL NICER. I ALREADY LOST THE CAR ONCE UNFORTENETLY SINCE IM A SINGLE MOTHER WHO STRUGGLES, THEY ARE EXTRMELY RUDE AND TALK TO YOU LIKE THEY OWN YOU, SHAME ON YOU Tustin COMMNITY BANK, AND THEIR MANAGER MARK WOULDNT EVEN TAKE SOME TIME TO LISTEN HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT I DONT KNOW HO PPL SLEEP AT NIGHT THAT TALK TO PEOPLE THE WAY THEY DO, THEY SHOULD TAKE A COURSE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HARRASSMENT, I WILL BE DOING MY BEST TO FIND A NEW FINANCE COMPANY!!!

I am very unhappy with this bank. I have worked hard to pay more than my minimum payment, to lower my principal. The office has not applied my extra funds as stated in highlighted bold letters on my check to my principal. After speaking with the manager Silvia she informed me that she's sorry,there nothing further she can do,even though she admitted it's their error. I've never did business with such an establishment that had poor communication skills. I'm very upset.
