Ticket rates on website are incorrect. When you pay via web service using the rate on the site you get a notice weeks later of default and that you owe more money. Just another court full of government crooks.

First off TAPE YOUR REGISTRATION AND INSURANCE TO YOUR WINDOW if driving through Allen Park.  They DO NOT give you time to locate your insurance.  Just a quick ticket.  After I found it the cop handed me a ticket saying "too late".  Means you have to miss pay by taking a day off work or pay a ticket you didn't deserve.  Called to request a hearing.  No answer.  Left a message.  Next thing I get is a default for failure to appear.  Even though I believed I was supposed to get a call back and a notice for a hearing date as requested by the message I left.  Then they wanted me to file a motion to set aside default (which of course cost money).  All of this over a no insurance ticket when I had insurance!!!!  SMH  cost me over $300 just to prove something I had in my possession that the cop was just too impatient to let me look for.  ( I actually found it within 3 minutes)

They never answer the phones. Been calling for two days straight during opening times and no answer. Left message and still no call back.

I work in customer service. I couldnt get 10 seconds of asking a question when the staff on the other end , abruptly stopped me from speaking. Deamanding i "stop talking".

This is who is running the front desk of a justice department and in our cities.

Jessica the operator was a life saver. I called all upset about something that was on my record and she was able to clear it up and get it resolved over the phone. She was calm and stayed professional even while I was upset. Customer service is excellent. Thank, you Jessica
