The lady at the front desk was very rude. My husband had a hard time understanding her and she gave him attitude about that. He paid $125 for the worst service ever

The lady at the front is flat-out rude. No people skills whatsoever. Don't bother asking questions, you'll just get attitude. The only reason they are still in business is because TWIC is a government-mandated "product". Any other place wouldn't stay afloat with that attitude towards their customers.

The lady at the front desk was rude and unfriendly. She wasn't explaining herself Cleary and when i ask her a question she gave me attitude. beside that everything else was pretty quick.
