Its the heavy-set guy I believe his name is Mark.Forgive me if I'm mistaken about his name. He is horrible... Never knows what he's talking about compared to other locations... charges higher prices than other locations, rude, just a natural a hole. I go to another location (any other local) and get the same exact information, shipping quotes, except at the Kenner -Williams location. I definitely will not be there.. I'll go to another shipping service and pay more for piece of mind before I go back there. Elmwood is great and the Harvey branch is great. These are the ones I use the most.

My daughter is disabled, I have been in a battle with ssi since last year, and im or was at the last stage of this process and all was left was for me to mail back a form and some pay stubs. This was January 10th 2018 they were mailed out! It is now January 30th and guess where my information packet is sitting. In the hands of usps, because they only deliver a few mail packets a week or so to the social security office in Kenner. They don’t care that people only have a certain about of days to get that info in. I seriously can not believe they would think that’s ok. So many people have had there cases closed out because of mail never received in time Because if the post office. My case worker has even complained about this as well. Luckily she’s understanding and sees that it’s not my fault. We’re going on 3 week mark. It should take 3 weeks for a package to go from destrehan to Kenner. Get it together. Your horrible!!!!!!

the employees do not know anything about what you ask them, they are slow and rude all the time. a total disgust of the post office.

Do not purchase a PO box from this location. Mail is always received 2-3 weeks LATE. Sometimes we receive our mail promptly but a majority of the times our mail is not timely received - which you can tell by the postage stamp date and the stamped process date used by the post office. This delay has caused issues receiving customer payments, which in turns creates issues with supplier payments. NO ONE at the post office cares either. They have no explanation and just shrug it off as a "one-time" issue, when this has been an ongoing issue for YEARS! As a business it is not always an easy transition to change addresses but I am at my wits end!
