I love this place! We have had events in the private room and have eaten in the main restaurant area. I highly recommend the crab mac and cheese. That's my favorite. The steak is also great. We've loved the service every time we've eaten there. They are very helpful and quick to take care of us. It's also in a great location where you can go shopping and go to a movie right next door. I will definitely be going back!

Special Occasion - Never Again!  Family Event, loved ones in town for the holiday season and we are out on a shopping adventure. We stopped in just before noon for a special family lunch.  Restaurant was not crowded.  It took about 20 minutes for us to get water and ice tea.  Another 20 minutes to take our order.  30 minutes latter and still no appetizers.  Food comes out and our neighbors (seated after us) get their food, but at least we get our app.  The four-top next to us gets angry and leaves (I don't think they even had order taken yet.)  More time passes and I head up to the front desk to ask for some assistance.  Nada.  The lunch was declared dead at 2:10pm and we stood up to leave.  On the way out a "manager" asks if we would like our food boxed up to-go?  No thanks.  The "manager" turns his back on us. No "sorry" or consideration.  I recommend that you skip Twigs unless you have all day and like being ignored.  Me, not so much.

We had a business lunch for 6 without making a reservation.  We were seated quickly.  The service was attentive, and our lunches were good.  It's a great place to have lunch with business partners from out of the area.

Great place for an appetizer and drink date night or girls night. There are also a lot of delicious gluten free options for appetizers and entrees.
