These guys are great! I needed the back part for a hinge. Normally this part is only sold with new hinges. ($4 to 5$ a set) But I was able to dig through there odds and ends bin and I found enough to be able to finish my project. The gentleman at the store gave me an incredible deal for all of these hinges. As in less than a value meal at McDonald's

They had all the parts I needed, a wonderful staff, and they were very fast about getting the parts to me.

I have purchased many items from them over the past 20 years. They are a better quality,more durable and better selection than I found at other stores.

I buy Hardware from TCH for over 5 years not and, they always have what I need.

They are quick at selling their products but once the install is done and the money pocketed, then good luck getting them back for repairs, honor the warranty or even simply getting a call back. One their repairman came to look at one of my door units that was acting up after many requests for repairs, and I was told that the one-year old $1800.00 lock unit  was fried and would need to be replaced by a new $2200.00 lock that would be better. I called a locksmith, he fixed it within 20 minutes for $35.00. Take my advice, SHOP someplace else....
