Absolutely wonderful campground! We stayed in the cabin with bathroom and half kitchen and it was comfortable and clean. We also kayak and it was a great place for us to take the kayaks out and enjoy the water. Gonna end the review with the manager, she was the nicest and coolest manager any camp ground can ask for. We plan on coming back at least twice a year :)

I've been many places; and have in fact been here for 5 years. This is by far the most family friendly place we've been. The new manager and her staff are simply awesome and go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. We love the ability to ride our bikes, walk through trails, fish in the river, canals or ponds. The nightly campfires with friends and family. I personally enjoy the free Aqua aerobics classes, our family loves to swim so the two pools are definitely also a plus! They have free weekend activities for the children and Friday night bingo and Sunday morning worship services. So I would say there's something here for everyone! The new manager is always looking for ways to improve the campground! She has been THE wisest management choice since we started coming. We were about ready to leave and then they hired her and to say that she has turned evreything around! My hat is definitely off to the new manager she is giving it her all and the staff are working together as a team! Great job !

My family has been camping in Twin Lakes for six years.. We love the area and our daughter has made a lifetime of Friendtimess and memories here. The river is perfect for boating, fishing and kayaking. The two pools are great because it gives us many choices. We enjoy bike riding , taking long walks, campfires; just a wonderful family atmosphere.. The new manager and her staff have made all the difference. To say that they give 100 percent Is definitely an understatement. She has made the world of difference and it shows I urge everyone who loves camping,meeting friends and making precious memories; come join us at Twin Lakes!

My family and I have been camping here for about 7 years. About a year ago my husband and I decided to live here. This past holiday weekend we had a storm come through. It did some damage to the campground. But with the amazing staff here and all campers pitching in together they had everything back up in no time. So a special thank you goes out to Sherry, Teeny, Cookie, Nat, Jason, Johnny and the store workers. Again thank you.

The rv resort is a nice place to stay. The spaces are shaded by tall pine trees. The spaces are easy to get into and out of and we have a 35' fifth wheel. One of the complaints that we heard was it was muddy when it rains. We were there during two good southern rains and I can tell you yes the sand gets wet but dry's QUICKLY. Your in a coastal area so you have sand. I highly recommend Twin lakes the staff was friendly and so were the other campers. The resort is easy to find and close to downtown.
