Twin Pine Casino & Hotel, located in Middletown - the northern gateway to Napa Valley - is owned and operated by the Middletown Rancheria of Pomo Indians.

The casino is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, offering a wide variety of ticket in/out slot machines with a well-rounded mixture of penny, nickel, quarter, one-dollar and five-dollar games, multi-denomination and progressive games.

These rooms are very nice. The bathrooms are spacious and make the rooms much more premium. The TV is a little older and does not have HDMI if you are looking to connect an external device. The rooms have a microwave, mini-fridge, safe and coffee maker. The closet is nice and has plenty of room for large coats. The beds are comfy. The main restaurant is a little pricey and is the only real option for food inside the main casino. Parking is easy and convenient. Would stay again for sure!

I've done really well here. Don't know why - probably chance. They have a nice selection of machines for a smallish casino. I really enjoy the snack bar which has salads and sandwiches and pizza by the slice. The rooms are normal hotel rooms but nice and clean.

A small casino in lake county that has its own kind of charm. Not a very busy place; I have never seen the craps table operate, for example. But it is a nice atmosphere that combines a traditional neon casino feel with a woodsy vibe. The bar can get quite lovely on the weekends. The restaurant is quite good, it is among the best in the county. Prices at the restaurant are reasonable. Rooms are very quaint. They offer a roomy bathroom and interesting architecture. Rooms are reasonably priced in comparison to the fancier hotels in the county. Overall, this is a nice little casino to stay at, but skip it if you are looking for craps or roulette.

Twin Pines is a place worth visiting. The casino has a very nice layout and the employees are wonderful, they are all pleasant and willing to help you with anything no matter how small. It is a smaller casino but the are plenty of slot machines and tables to play on and they have some great giveaways.  I highly recommend you give it a try.

Friendly dealers, live music is more often good than bad, there is a dance floor that always seems to have a least one die-hard dancing on it, and drinks are decently priced. Tables don't close until 2:30 am on weekends, 1am weekdays, 12 am Sunday. You can get pretty decent food at the bar or restaurant until 10pm.  I deducted a star because the hotel is not pet friendly (and sneaking Fido in through the window or back door is out of the question- and I'm a pro at sneaking my dog into hotels). If you go there, go during the day because the drive there is beautiful. Also, stop at the spring on the side of the road and fill up a water bottle- best water ever.
