The food was amazing. The prime rib is pretty good. Their sausage selections is beyond incredible, and they even have sushi. Although, their sushi has the driest rice I have experienced, but it is real fish. Their best thing they have to offer is their desserts. Their sweets are probably the best I have ever had at any buffet, and even compares to some of the most notable dessert spots in Sacramento. However, after all of this it is still a casino. That being said, it smells like smoke at all times. 4/5

Our favorite casino by far. We drive two and a half hours to go there even though we have closer ones here and card houses you feel something different when you walk in to Thunder Valley. I always win something over there and if I do lose my money at least I know I had a good time doing so because the games have lots of potential paying out. Very nice Vibe always have great bands and acts there and the restaurants and food court has great places to choose from. If he ever needs service it's a little tough to get a waitress but overall I would say my experience here is 7 out of 10.

Thunder Valley Casino is a great place for small time gambling and even for high rollers. The slots are tighter Sunday through Wednesday and loosen up Thursday through Saturday. We win fairly often here, in comparison to the other casinos in the area. The player rewards are great, 10% off all purchases in the casino is a wonderful incentive. Overall, it's a good place to come if you have some extra cash and want to fritter away the night playing some of the best slot machines in California.

I got a wonderful room on floor 6 aiming towards the city. It was a wonderful view and the service is on point. I have never regretted staying at thunder valley and hope to come back soon. The buffet is great and provides so many different kind of dishes. I recommend going to the buffet at least once during your stay. The best time to go is breakfast since they provide different breakfast dishes as well as left overs from the night before. The pool is currently closed but will be opening soon.

Always fun. Food is good. Never been to a bad concert. Hotel doesn't or didn't when i visited have a view. Nothing to see out the hotel windows. The few things they offer for spa are a little over prices for what your getting. 95.00 to run my bath, i can do it myself.
