I took five shirts and a suite to be cleaned the other day. Four out of my five shirts came back with similar black stains that I can guarantee were not there before I brought them in. I took the shirts back to the cleaners and she tried to tell me that they were stained when I brought them to her. They ruined $250 worth of clothing and wouldn't even give me my money back. Do not take your clothing here.

Don't use this business if you value your shirts.... I have had two very nice Ralph Lauren Dress shirts ripped by this cleaner and they just claim that the shirts are old and my elbows caused the holes....  Both were ripped in the exact same location ... same left arm and the shirts were fairly new.  I have several of this shirts that I wear to my office desk job and I wear them 6-7 months out-of-the-year - and equates to a shirt being used 1 once out-of-every two weeks.  Not much use and somehow it got ripped in the arm in the exact same location and I tried to rip them by hand and could not.

I used them 3 times.  Each time I received a shirt returned to me with a stain it did not have upon drop off.  At first I thought I was missing them myself before drop off, but upon my last visit I made certain no stains were present.   2 of my 5 shirts return stained.  When notified of this they simply refused to do anything.

Do NOT use this place.

I've had a very good experience with $2.99 dry cleaners.  I use them regularly,2-3x per month, to launder my shirts.  I've never had any problems and they've always had my shirts ready when they promised.  I'd recommend them.
