What Great Service! I have a Brompton which was in need of a repair due to a recall from the factory. I called Michael and we set up a day to have the work done. He emailed me two days before to make sure I was still coming. I was there when he opened. He promptly did the work and I was out of his shop in 30 minutes. I had to drive about 160 miles because only a Brompton dealer was authorized to do the work. Yes, I could have gone to a closer dealer in Orlando, however, that dealer was not as cooperative. He was inconsiderate of my drive and my time. He said it was a 2-3 day turn around on the service. That meant 2 round trips and a lot of down time. Two Fold Bike Store handled the situation. professionally. Michael is tops for service and customer care. Worth the drive.

I bought a Tern folding bike here a couple of months ago. I had a folding bike a long time ago and wanted to learn about the new advances and features. Michael spent a good deal of time showing me the different characteristics of the bikes, making sure I chose the right bike for what I needed. I browsed for bikes online but it was an important decision for me, so I'm grateful for Michael's shop -- a place you can touch, feel, test ride and learn. Nothing beats the service of a passionate local business owner! I'm in love with my bike!

I was riding my bike downtown and something strange happened to my chain and my bike became unrideable. (not a word, I know). I was 5 miles from home. I walked my bike to Two Fold and Michael was closing up and I asked if he could fix my bike really quick before he locked the door. Without hesitation, he took my bike and fixed my problem in a couple minutes. Michael saved me from a very long walk home. Thanks Michael! And the selection is great!

They owner is very helpful he stayed late after closing time help me install my lock and lights.
