The service department is a joke. Our side by side, which we've had for less than a year, caught fire about two months ago. When we called to tell them and to schedule service, they showed no empathy or concern that it caught on fire.  They made us wait two weeks before they could service it.  Our machine has been there for NEARLY TWO MONTHS now! They promised us it would be ready on multiple dates, then as those dates came, they told us the parts still aren't in.  Eventually, they told us that they don't order parts for customers until they meet a certain dollar threshold to qualify for free shipping from CanAm. How do they promise dates to customers for pickup when they don't even know when they'll be placing their order?!? It's such a selfish business practice to save Two Jack's a few dollars.  We finally were told our machine was ready so we went to pick it up, only to find out it is stuck in 4 wheel drive, which wasn't even an issue when we dropped it off to them! And, they ALSO forgot to order one of the parts so now we need to wait even longer for that...which mind you, the parts department just promised us would be coming in 3-4 business days. Again, how could they possibly promise a date to us? I'll be expecting to pick up that part in 1-2 months...or never...because they'll probably forget to order it a second time.

First i want to say this is my first time at two jacks so first impressions are key. I brought my motorcycle there for an appointment for a state inspection there and the gentlemen behind the service counter after taking my keys muttered under his breath "shouldn't have taken this one in" loud enough for me to hear as i was making a coffee. As a professional mechanic myself I was blown away that someone of his age and position could have such poor customer service skills. I was very nice to the staff, and he had no reason to make such a stupid comment about my bike especially with me standing right there. However, I had a brief conversation with the mechanic who was very nice to me and even offered a couple of suggestions for things to try on my bike. If it wasn't for him I would be giving this place 1 star.

Went in for a casual look around, hoping to potentially buy a motorcycle in the future, but felt very unwelcome. The staff here completely ignored me, even after I greeted one of the Salesmen. I was offered no help or suggestions. Awful costumer service; they won't be getting any business from me.

Do not finance anything from them! I would reccomend avoiding this place all together if possible. They didn't ask me any of my preferances for my loan, and were uninformed about the terrible bank they got my "great interest rate" from. Do no use Synchrony bank, this is a negative review for them as well.

Horrible place took my quad back 4 times to get fixed and it still doesn't work. My quad was under warranty and they still tried charging me. Quads constantly have problems from there and horrible service. All the workers do is give you attitude and refuse to actually work with you. Do not buy from here.
