These guys were awesome!!! They were fast but safe. They were knowledgeable at how certain large items needed to be moved (removing doors, moving outside stairs, ect). And the price was completely worth their time and energy. I highly recommend this moving company.

We hired them to move my daughter’s stuff about 10 miles.  I thought the quote we got was fair, not great, but fair.  When putting my quote together they inquired about the about of items being moved.  Not being my stuff I ballparked it, but was told I was being billed by the hour so I didn’t see an issue.  They day the drivers showed up, they had a list that had a specific amount of items and the drivers (sub contractors as it turned out) were not going to move any more items than the number they were given.  When I reminded the drivers I was being billed by the hour and to just bill me more if it took longer, they balked and said they will “ do the best they can”.  As it turned out, they barely moved half the items, dragged their feet moving it and refused to go back for the rest.

When I spoke to the the office on the phone Monday (my move was on a Saturday), the manger was sympothetic and tried to work with me to finish the move.  But at the end of they day, the discounts they offered to compensate me for my dissastisfaction did not equal what little service I actually did receive.  I left this arraingement with a basemet full of boxes to move and my bank account down a few hundred bucks for a service that was less than stellar.

Called in for a move and they wanted 2200$ just to move two bedrooms worth of stuff and a garage with some bikes and lawn mower. 2200$ is ridiculous!!!
