Absolutely the best! From the estimation process to the move and caring for valuables in the process these guys are pros. There are plenty of guys out there with a strong back and a truck but most lack the attention to detail required to move all the things you have worked a lifetime for...Preferred Moving took extra care to lay cardboard and plastic on carpets, and hardwood, communicated what to expect and delivered. Dave, Bob, Stella Brian and the rest of the crew all knew their rolls and went about their jobs professionally. They worked fast but intelligently and made a tough move in less than desirable conditions look effortless. I hope I don’t have to move again anytime soon but if I do I will not use anyone other than Preferred. Great job guys, my wife and I cannot thank you enough!

We hired Preferred Moving & Storage (and Wheaton) for our out-of-state move and they were terrific! From quoting to logistics, everything went smoothly. They packed up our belongings as well, and everyone was courteous and professional and our belongings arrived safe and sound and on time. Would highly recommend!

People was nice no problem I did my work unfortunately I had appointments to attend and couldn't work the following day and I don't mind working there full-time if they let me one problem at a time that's all you got to say

My wife and I had a nightmare experience with them. The movers were very nice and worked hard, but unfortunately management did a poor job of planning. They quoted us for 12 hours and the job took 20. The worst part is the workers were allowed to work from 8 a.m. until 2 a.m., completely inconveniencing my family. The workers were so exhausted that many of my things were not put in correct places and we're not put back together. I had boxes labeled fragile that had boxes piled on top of them. I don't know if they're not able to handle a large job, which mine was. The thing that made me most angry was that Henry was not willing to budge much on price even after admitting how screwed up everything was. We finally agreed at a reasonable price, but I still don't feel like I got any kind of a discount for my problems.

We used them to move us locally. From start to finish, they were always professional and courteous. All our stuff moved with no issues. If we move again, I intend on using them again.
