Excellent and efficient service. Explained the process in detail during sales process. Shared knowledge articles to help prepare for the move. Shared details of all services and answered all my questions. Crew was excellent overall and friendly and courteous. 

I did have minor damages on three items and the insurance process (i used basic insurance) was smooth and pleasant. One of the persons made a visit (showed up on time) and did the fix for where repair was feasible and issued a check where i had to get the stuff fixed. 

Only one feedback for improvement I would recommend is providing option to digitally sign the documents.

Excellent service. Very polite, professional and efficient. They wrapped every single piece of furniture and nothing was broken or damaged. We worked with Marilyn to book the service and she was very responsive and friendly. They showed up on time and we were charged almost to the dollar of what they estimated. No hidden fees or shady business practices.  Would highly HIGHLY recommend this moving company.

Would not use this company again. Move took entirely too long for the amount of items I had and I moved about 1 mile away. Had I not moved things myself, it would have taken even longer. Had to leave behind 2 items because the movers had no basic tools to disassemble anything and they claimed one item was too big to move. To be sure, the movers were just not motivated. There was also damage to a couple items. Trying to get any response from their office management was not easy and they offered a pitiful settlement, which was less than satisfactory and was actually insulting. In any case, would never recommend or use them in the future.

The crew just showed up and left because “it is too much work” to my fathers house. Granted he did the best he could as a stroke survivor, but the crew never even started. Things were in boxes ready to be loaded, but they just left. Way to discriminate, and put in zero effort.

Amazing service from start to finish. From the office staff to the actual movers, everyone was extremely pleasant, helpful and honest. They provided a fair quote and set clear expectations from the beginning. I highly recommend this moving company for service, value and overall experience.
