I had these guys move me in Lawrence. I thought the company was amazing. They brought one crew to pack up the house, and another crew to move me in. It was my entire house and I thought they did an amazing job. They remained in a great mood and despite the fact that it was getting late and they were tired, they didn't take even one break until the move was done.

Don't waste your time and money. They damage property and when given the chance to replace and repair they fail. I've been waiting on a check to cover my refrigerator damage for 4 months. Now I only have legal options left and have no choice but to go that route.

They were polite and they were fast. However I do not like that they charge a two hour minimum. That's unfair. My move only took an hour.

Used their services twice and both times were great!  Showed up on time and completed jobs on time and made sure they put furniture and boxes in correct rooms if they were not labeled.  Will use again.

Our first experience with this company was great. The movers were professional and speedy. Our second experience was quite the opposite. The movers lollygagged and managed to break two pieces of furniture. Two of the movers would say disrespectful things in Spanish about the third mover. It look twice as long to move as it did with the first experience (same furniture). We spoke with management about our poor experience, and at first, they were trying hard to make amends. The desk piece that broke was taken to be fixed (which was fixed after 4 weeks), The dresser was examined by them. It was determined they would not be able to fix it so we would be compensated. For a $800 6 month old dresser, they offered us $50 in compensation. We pushed back and they went up to $100. After dealing with them for 8 weeks, we realized we weren't getting anywhere with them and settled. Don't trust your money and furniture with this company.
