They showed up 4 hrs later then was promised.  when they arrived they wanted to charge me for a 1 hr drive time which they did not tell me when they quote the job. They went to move my couch they could barely move it and they damaged it taking it to the truck. I told them to stop and fired them.  a moving company should have people who can move furniture with out struggle.  Very unhappy would not recommend to anyone.

We used the location in North Kansas City.  This was the worst experience ever.  First of all, they were scheduled to arrive at 9:00 but called at 8:35 (they knew we were closing at this time) telling us they started.  We were told they arrived at 8:20 but started charging at 8:15.  When we arrived, we immediately knew their RENTAL truck was not big enough for our possessions.  When we asked the inefficient crew about not being able to get all of our stuff, the one in charge started a tantrum and threw tools. (There were a total of 3 tantrums during our move)  He called his boss telling him we were cussing at the crew which was incorrect.  The boss called us 3x with false accusations.  At 12:30, we saw their truck was full and instructed to them just proceed to the new residence and start unloading.  It was taking them way too long and we were not getting our "bang for our buck".   When they arrived at the new residence, they started unloading at 1:00 and we were told they anticipated being complete by 2:15.  They did not get finished until 4:00.  Even though they only charged us 5.5 hours, it was terrible service, they reporting things to their boss that was not true, we found scratches in our wood furniture as well as a missing drawer handle.  Their boss tried telling me we had a 2 bedroom house when I REMINDED him from a previous conversation that we had a 3 bedroom house on 3.5 acres with an outbuilding.  He admitted he should have sent out someone for an estimate.  They did not know how much we had because they did not request any itemized list or visibly see what we had.  There were no apologies received of any kind except from one of the crew boys.  One of them left some tools and requested we mail them.  Awful!!!!!  We even had all our possessions in the house boxed up and ready for them to load in the outbuilding.  The only things in the house was big furniture.  My husband and I worked until 10:00 that night non-stop getting the rest of our things.  Total waste of $1050!!!  Could have gotten family and friends to help and would have saved a bunch of money and time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
The estimate I was given on the phone was 3-4 hours at around $500. 
It took 3 guys over 8 hours to move my small 2 bedroom apartment. They took 20-30 minute smoke breaks everytime they took a few items out.
The bill ended up being over $1,300!
And the worst part is one of them stole $300 from my mother's dresser. She was saving it to help me pay for the move. 
And now we can't afford appliances.
At least the customer service was good.
Nicest bunch of guys that ever robbed me.
This was the worst service I've ever experienced. It really affected my trust in people and companies.
If you must use a moving service; use someone else.

Got 3 mens for my 4 bedrooms house,  they did this job in 5 hours and I was speechless!
They are very professionals, didn't got any damage for the floor for the walls in my new house. This company is highly recommended!!!
 Jimmy the dispatch is a very nice guy.
Thank you so much all my son's for making my move so easy with all the pressure I had, you are a very good company! -))
