Great customer service from the staff, wide selection on freshwater and saltwater. I will be back to get some fish for my second aquarium. Reptiles are taken care of however the turtles are quite cramped and need some room. Overall I would come here over a pet smart or chain store any day!

You cant buy good customer service! I have been going here for about a year now and have spent plenty of cash. All the young guys are very nice and amazing!!!! The one female in the store who i believe is the owners wife is usually nice but yesterday she went nuts when i tried to return two axotols(salamander type fish). The fish died overnight and i went to return them. She yelled at me and said it was my fault they died. She screamed at me for putting them in a gravel tank. She said “why should i return your money?” I calmly stated ma’am i didn’t know i was told by your employee that everything would be okay and that I could even place them with cichlids. She then told me “do you research before buying fish “. I calmly replied you guys are the experts which is why i come here. She then said well there are a lot of sources out there for you to refer too. I received a gift certificate for the amount of purchase. I am so saddened that i have to leave a wonderful store with a unique selection of fish (although highly expensive).The guys apologized to me for the female co-owners behavior.  Everything was great till i returned a product within the 48 hour return period. The staff are friendlier than the owners. Well they just lost another great high paying customer. Please be prepared to deal with rudeness and insults when returning dead fish.

Place looks very clean and the reptiles are kept well. Only complaint is that the only turtles they had were all cramped in a small aquarium not large enough to fit the lot of them. Otherwise, this place is more fitting for those looking towards getting fish and aquariums.

Very helpful, knowledgeable,  and kind. Took the time to help me get the best fish for my tank. Not just a run of the mill corporate pet shop.
