This is a tough one for me.  They squeezed me in last minute before a scheduled road trip, but failed to change the front rotors and break pads as requested.  As I was paying I asked about the condition of the old pads, but they said they didn't take notice when they changed them.  It wasn't until I got home that I noticed the job was never done.  Called to ask why, and was told that they were busy and forgot.  Asked if I was charged for the work and was told no.  I don't believe that because it shouldn't have taken 2.5 (est. $75-$80/hr rate) to disconnect the front coil overs, adjust them and then reinstall, but I never got a quote.  As I said this is a tough one because they did try to take care of me, but I feel they made and error and failed to make up for it.

Started work before told. Charged for work that wasn't authorized. Unauthorized work made vehicle more unsafe. Unnecessarily rude.

Great people, good service, family run business. From bolt on to custom fabrication, and decent prices.

This guy is amazing. Honest, fair and fast. And don't worry about the big boxer on the couch; he is a great dog. I will not go anywhere for my Jeep needs.
