John and the Precision crew are the best in the Fort Hood surrounding area. His customer service is excellent, prices reasonable, and great all-around guys. I recommend him to "everyone". I cannot stress enough how great these guys are at their business and in their attitudes.

This shop is run by a very experienced person. They do good, timely and honest work. The prices are reasonable. The only reason I didn't give them five stars is because the place is not easy to find and the facilities are not inviting. Still, it is a good alternative to a dealership.

John and Kristy are always welcoming when I need to bring our vehicles in. Fair pricing and honest folks. I'll never take my vehicles anywhere else. Highly recommended!

They have the best price, customer service, and reliability in cove. After i found this shop i have not gone elsewhere to fix my car.
