I was told there would be a hold of 105.00 on my debit card and when I came back with the truck I would be charged accordingly. My total was 56.00 but they charged me the entire 105.00 causing an overdraft fee. The manager admitted it was because of there miscommunication and the way they processed the order. The only thing he could offer was 30 dollars of uhaul money. I declined and will not use uhaul ever again

Great quality, all moving supplies you need and always have moving truck available. Manger very informative and friendly to customers

Ignore any reviews other than 5-Star, this place is really nice.  The only other place I've seen a U-Haul location this nice is in San Diego.  They have everything from pickups up to the biggest trucks, and they're all organized, clean, in great condition.  Looks like a nice dealership actually.  It's run personally by the owner and he really cares about his business.  Everything is well kept including the parking lot, building, signs, etc.  Don't waste your time looking at any other ones in this part of Cleveland, just go here.

We actually moved October 1st to Parma from Lakewood and it didn't go so well, do to U-Haul's mistakes. Truck location and schedule changed without warning, even when I spoke with the online representative two days before the move, I was never made aware of any changes except that they didn't have our car hauler. Do to the changes we had to push back our moving help, which caused issues also....like not showing up till 4 pm because they had to take other jobs or charge us by the hour for waiting around for the truck. But why give this U-Haul or any U-Haul a 5 star review", you might ask? Because......Justin Rematt saved the day. He helped fix all the issues caused by U-Haul's online shenanigans. It has been a long time since anyone has been so kind, courteous and friendly. He was awesomely amazing at doing everything he could to help right the wrongs set forth by U-Haul's online ordering system. I can't put into words how thankful I am that he was there that day. My wife cried when she heard what he did for us to fix the problems and I have to say my eyes got a little watery too, when I stopped to think how he cared enough to help us out instead of pushing the problem off on someone else like most people do these days. There should be more people like Justin Rematt in this world, he was our guardian angel that day. Thank you sir...you are truly appreciated.
