Rondae was very helpful with securing our storage unit. She was friendly and patient with all of our questions and she accompanied us to the unit,so as to make sure everything went smoothly for us. It is really nice to have a friendly face greet  you and also have a great sense of humor as well.

The two ladies that helped us yesterday were amazing! The customer serivce here is fantastic. The units are really nice too. I dont feel worried about my stuff at all. I think they have a great security setup and are located in a great area. If i ever need to store stuff again, i will be coming back here!!

Rondae and Nancy are keepers I will tell you that .Today customer service everywhere is slacking significantly. But today made up for all the bad experiences Iv had in the customer service business lately .All I was doing was getting prices and I ended up renting a unit right then and there.Besides their friendly personalities and the laughs we had the professionalism shown was above and beyond .Cube smart should be proud to have employees like this it's very rare .Keep up the good work !!!!!!!

I had a storage area before at this location and was always treated fair, curtious and respectfuly.  In other words they have always been very nice to me.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facilities are clean. The prices are competitive.  The only complaint is that the units do not have lighting inside.
