I reserved a 10' truck from this location and even did the online check-in to save myself some time for my move. I calculated the mileage on my overall round trip and specifically chose this location because I have to pick up items from multiple places and this store was centrally located. I arrived at my scheduled pickup time and date and the cashier went through the process to get the truck, they place a hold on my card and I go outside to pick it up.  Imagine my surprise when the woman outside pulls a VAN around instead of the 10' TRUCK I reserved.  I tell her that I reserved a truck and and insisted the reservation said van. I pulled up my reservation email and low and behold it shows that I had reserved the 10' truck.  The cashier tells me that they have no trucks available, even though there are several on the lot (What makes those reservations take precedence over mine I have no idea).  He claims to have cancelled the transaction but as of now I still see the pending hold on my account.  This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and I didn't revive so much as even an apology from the associates at this location. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE would I recommend anyone reserve or rent a truck from here.

They ruined the propane valve on our RV. Guy put the propane nozzle on crooked and then cranked it with a huge crescent wrench. After watching him do that I asked him to take it off as I was afraid he was damaging it. I ended up taking it to Englewood Propane where they said the threads were stripped. Now I'm looking at $150 repair and a 2 week wait for the new part. Beware of these guys as they don't know what they're doing.

The people they're pretty rude and don't really care to help you or not I went in for a trailer that they told me was the certain size I get there and it wasn't and all they can tell me was sorry can't help you no more
