0 stars! I called to reserve a truck for noon. They tried to get me to rent a bigger truck or cargo van that I didn't need. The soonest available time was 315 pm, so I agreed . She confirmed the location and made sure I knew where it was located. One mile away. Then at 2pm another location called to confirm my reservation, 10 miles away. Not ok if you're paying for mileage. Customer service was rude, I still don't have a truck.

This place is great and customer service comes first. Lots of trucks and trailers no real wait. The only weird thing about this place was you can not make a u-turn at light so had to go into abandoned parking lot to right. Great clean building and bathrooms for customers.

Don't show up on a Saturday morning, even if you do have a reservation. Stood in line for way too long, but the dude who hitched us up was competent and amicable, even though it was a hundred degrees in the shade at 9:30 AM

One person working on the counter. Big line. Took more than hour in line to pickup the truck I reserved the night before. Very slow service.
