Really bad customer service. I wish somebody will listen to us. Very rude. They send my mail back to the senders and they lie when I have proof and I can't do anything about this.

Horrible! Always a line and not enough staff members working. The manager is not helpful and the staff is so rude! There is an old black woman that works there that is a pain to deal with. When I was in line, she got yelled at for being rude and refusing to accept certain packages just because she didn't feel like processing them. I waited in line for someone else to be free to help because I did not want to deal with her.
