Ordered hitch installation online for Milton location
good thing I called on day of installation the parts did not come in
and some one would call me back soon that day.
well 3 day later I called again where they told me they don't even have a mechanic to do that and no apology for the inconvenience.
I really needed a hitch this week for the weekend. THANKS U-Haul for giving me extra stress! Now I'm booked for saturday early morning in another city. (not to mention I need to pick up wiring myself from the first location first in milton.  And no discount for the trouble.
MY recommendation to anyone DO NOT USE U-HAUL.

Lovely service! Even tho there were technical problems then I decided on a bigger storage space, everyone who helped me had a smile and were super friendly.  This is a new space so everything smells freshly painted and it's super clean too.

I'm still here as I write this, an hour after we got here. Booked a trailer a week ago, but the guy we dealt with was screwing around for so long, we spent more time standing than anything else.. DON'T RENT HERE.

Cancelled my truck because they didn’t carry the size I ordered online. Didn’t call or email...this is a poorly ran location.
