I would never use them again. I would rather pack my things on a donkey and commute for days before using uhaul!!!!

My experience with uhaul reservation was not all the best. A little more attention and focus needed in the area of pick up and return of equipment with the person in customer service
I would appreciate more consideration upon confirmation !

Worst service ever, made a reservation for a parking spot for a truck, went over there and they are telling me if a rent it my truck will be towed.. what kind of joke is that. First they send me too Boone location and they were out of storage unit and then made me come back and give me this new story Nathan...
Thanks guy will never deal with Uhaul again...

MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE FIRE. WENT IN TODAY TO MAKE A PAYMENT. APPARENTLY THE MANAGER WAS NOT INFORMED ABOUT MY SITUATION. I TOLD THIS JACKASS THAT I WAS CONCERNED THAT I WAS PAYING FOR A RV LOT WITH NO NUMBER.INFORMED HIM THE REASON WHY AND HE TELLS ME MY VEHICLE WILL BE TOW, IF I DONT MOVE IT.I TOLD HIM THAT THE LOT GIVEN TO ME WAS TO SMALL FOR MY RV ,SO THAY GAVE ME A LOT WITH NO NUMBER, BUT HE KEPT SAYING, THAT IF I DONT MOVE I WILL HAVE TO PAY THE TOWING FEE. I DECIDED TO REMOVE MY RV FROM THIS PROPERTY.THIS PERSON SHOULD BE FIRED, WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO  COUSTMER FIRST,NANATH YOU JUST LOST U-HAUL MONEY. WORK WITH THE COUSTMER DUMD ASS.
