New team members being added work really hard. Good to see a building company expand successfully without losing the integrity of a small family business. These guys do care about the stuff like it's their own. Lot has been improved with gravel and spaces are clearly marked.

I ATTEMPTED to rent a trailer from here a year ago. No one was in the office when I arrived. When the manager (Tim) eventually made his way to the office, he seemed annoyed that I did not have a reservation. I asked for a 6 x 12 trailed to which he stated that they did not have any. My wife had been on the phone with this same place 30 mins prior and was told they had one. I ask what they have available and he tells me they have a 12x6 trailer. I said that is what I asked for, and he said it wasn't the same thing. He then went on to say that he didn't need my business and the trailer I needed to move was no longer available to rent. I was then asked to leave. I went North 2 miles to an actual U-haul store and was treated much better. I had never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. You know this place is bad when the owner (Mr. Fisher) has to write two 5 star reviews to keep their score up.

Professional.... They provided a U-Haul and the Storage Facility. Prices were great. They offered moving via their affiliate company, Sugar Land Moving & Storage.

Last week, my daughter rented a UHaul truck from Voss Road Storage, and we drove it from Katy, Texas to Olympia, Washington. It was a wonderful experience largely due to the fact that our truck was clean, drove easily, was well tuned, had good tires, very comfortable seats, etc. We had a large cab which accommodated a small cooler and many bags. We drove almost 2400 miles and, despite climbing high elevations and dealing with the high temperatures in the grueling August summer heat, the air conditioner worked great! Dave Fisher is reliable and only carries the best equipment. The office was organized, efficient, and nicely maintained, too. I highly recommend this location and would definitely go there the next time my family needed a UHaul. Thanks, Voss Road Storage!

Do not store your stuff here unless you want the owner to cut the locks and steal all of your stuff. He told us he donated all of our belongings to the local Salvation Army, but according to his past and present employees, as well as in text messages and emails from him, he stated quite a few of our household and recreational items are being used by his staff and his children. No joke people!!! He screws over all of his employees by pocketing all the money and paying them min. wage. Go somewhere else...use any other U-Haul except for this too! David Fisher sucks!
