I was thoroughly impressed with u-haul moving and storage at university avenue. I reserved a trailer and when I went to pick it up we realized that a fuse had been blown in my vehicle and the trailer's lights would not work because of it. Steven (I think that was his name) spent a good 30 minutes of his time testing all of the fuses in the car. We ended up having to take it to get it quickly fixed at our dealership, but Steven really did try to fix it and figure out the problem when he could've just left it up to us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. I definitely recommend their services!

Been here twice to move out stuff. First time was quick and easy, second time I had to wait quite a while before someone came to help me. Friendly service, though.

They were all around great. The staff was helpful and friendly and accommodated us on short notice. They have an awkward layout for the storage rooms and the rooms are pricier than I would have wanted but overall what you'd expect.

The line for picking up a reserved vehicle is an embarrassment to the company. In the digital era of business, an online reservation shouldn't have to wait at least 45 minutes to actually pick up their rental. Should've just asked my friend with that F-150.
