Don't bother going here if you want good customer service - expect uneducated staff who would happily be somewhere else. Every time I visit I get long, slow lines and uninformed staff. Please U-Haul, train your staff.

Fantastic customer service! Ramona has fantastic customer service skills. Very friendly and helpful. The manager even called to follow up with us, making sure we were satisfied with the rental.
Definately renting from this store again!

I will never use this location again!! I return my truck on a Monday and they reported that I didn't return it until a Wednesday and charged my account for extra days. I returned my truck to an agent and apparently they don't know how to do their job and they're trying to steal money from me!  I'm absolutely baffled by this and it's not okay that they are incapable of doing their job correctly.

Everybody there was amazing!!! They took the time to explain everything to me and was so helpful. Best experience I have ever had at a U-Haul!!!!!!
