I bypassed 5 or 6 U-haul's closer to home because of their terrible reviews. This Uhaul has better than average reviews. Pickup went quickly and smoothly. Returned truck after hours, next day staff had already checked in truck and recorded mileage correctly. I had left unused boxes in truck and these had been credited by end of day. Only demerit is with the truck itself where the mirrors could not be adjusted and the transmission needed an overhaul. Otherwise very satisfied

Very nice staff. Average cleanliness for uhaul rental business. My only complaint would be that the trailer I rented was full of dirt and debris. The last person never broomed it out.

Picked up the truck from another location and the truck was ready when I got there no walk around. Returned it here and Peter Potter was very nasty and rude with not hearing me out that there was no previous damage form filed out or signed by me. He charge me for obvious previous damage. Cant believe this guy is a General Manager disgusting person.

Decent.  But uhaul in general is expensive. Change your business model to fit regular humans
