I used their website to reserve a unit. The next day Jennifer called to confirm. We showed up just after 9am Saturday. Jennifer made us feel welcome. She guided us to the unit held for us,  confirming it was sufficient. She connected with us personally while keeping the business end moving along. Jennifer made several upsell recommendations based on understanding our situation. 

I have utilized storage units on the past. Based on my research and experience I have no problems recommending this location.

Not sure about the other reviews but I had no complaints at all here.  I am involved in the consolidation and shipping of things overseas. I love renting from this place and will always refer my clients here to rent. Foremost reason is because this place smells clean - They definitely keep it clean and you can tell by walking around or looking inside the units during the tours. 

 The staff I dealt with are nice guys - they didn't hassle me at all, they were helpful and took the time with me whenever I go to make sure I am a happy tenant. And the office staff is wonderful. The security codes, camera, proximity lights and access are peace of mind.

Daniel, the manager,I can't say enough about this guy! He is super nice, efficient, and went above and beyond to help me and every clients I have sent to this place. He has been there to make our move be a smooth, painless (and dare I say fun) experience!     If the ratings were 1 to 5 being the highest, this place doesn't deserve to be docked 4.1/2  star but a solid 5 star. 

I would definitely recommend this storage location.

This was a great experience. The manager Mr Cory Cuthberson was so kind and very patient. I saw him manage a very rude customer with grace and care. He's courteous and explained things clearly. Cory is the type of manager that makes customers want to stay or come back.

I have had a unit at this location for  4 years. I have switched units and gotten multiple units at once. This location has been really great! Customer service is great- the people at the office are very accommodating, helpful, and pleasant. The campus is clean, good location, and I have had no security issues. The rates are very competitive and they have really worked with me for these years with rate hike. I would definitely recommend this location!

Ryan was excellent. He showed me all of the potential options before we settled on what was right for me. Awesome friendly place. Right across the street too!
