I rented a car trailer from this location. The person responsible for hooking it to my truck never secured the trailer to the ball. Went to go load up the vehicle and the trailer disconnected from the ball and damaged my tail gate. U-Haul refuses to pay for the damages. Be very careful when renting equipment from this location.

My family has been using this uhaul for almost 3 or 4 years now. We come in today to drop off our truck we had reserved and the woman working claiming to be the manager was so rude to us. For starters she yelled at my disabled mother and threw her business card at her. Then she continued yelling at us. telling my DISABLED mother that she had to get a different card because she wouldn't accept our debit card. She threw her business card with the managers info on it at my mom and said there call my boss I don't care while she sat eating her lunch in front of us at 10:30 am. She still didn't help us at the end we are contacting corporate and filing a complaint. I do not recommend the uhaul. Debi Vaughn is the general manager of this location and she was the person We dealt with the whole time and she was very rude and unprofessional. Worst experience I've ever had in my life from uhaul. Better off using Penske.

Wow, this place was so clean and very friendly, knowledgeable staff; I will definitely go back here for my moving needs!
