Do NOT have a hitch installed here if you need wiring to go along with it! I drove over from Jackson to have hitch installed because it was going to be a lot cheaper. Turns out you get what you pay for. They ordered me the wrong part, but luckily happened to have the correct one on hand. When I went to pick up my rental trailer a few weeks later, we noticed that the brake lights and turn signals on the trailer didn't work. I elected not to drive all the way back to Idaho Falls, and took my car to a trustworthy mechanic in Jackson (unassociated with UHaul). Once he started working, he said it was one of the crappiest wiring jobs he'd ever seen. Additionally, the converter box was completely shorted out and I had to buy a whole new part (this was the first time I'd used it, so it wasn't broken due to normal wear and tear). I had to pay $250 to have their mess cleaned up! The whole process also ended up taking hours out of my day while I was trying to pack and get ready to move. I will NEVER take my car to this shop again.

I have referred a few people there and it seems that anytime that there is a hitch with electrical work performed. There is always a problem. Making me look bad. I will no longer be referring people to this location. Not to mention waiting to refill a propane bottle for a forklift for my business for 30 minutes. I was greeted in 5 minutes and told that someone would be out to help me shortly. To find out 30 minutes later, when I had to go into the office and ask for help again, that no one there was certified to fill my propane tank. Wasted 30 minutes of my time and lost my business going forward for propane.

I've rented from here for 5 years and with the exception of one year, the rate has increased AT LEAST once a year and one year it increased TWICE. Just got yet another announcement about the price increasing again. I started at $84.95/month. The rent will now have gone up $25/month (it will now be $109.95/month), or increased by about 30%, or increased by $300/year since I first got the unit. Nothing improves about the facility in my experience, but the rate goes up and up. I don't even get 24x7 access for this price. Every canned price increase announcement brags about how the units are maintained, clean, dry, etc. but every item in my unit--even stuff deep inside--is completely covered in dust and sand that comes into the unit, presumably because of the partially unpaved area that they've declined to pave. I have always had outside units everywhere else I've rented storage units and this is the only one I have ever had this problem, but those places have always had all of their property paved. I've reported the issue to the manager and to corporate but nothing changes with the conditions. To be fair, they did offer me a credit for the value of a little over a month but the root cause still isn't fixed.

They want to charge you $10 extra to have 24 your access to your storage unit. They raise your monthly rent every year. We had a very hard to access second floor unit in the middle of the building. Therefore, moving in and out is so laborious and difficult. They should have placed a ramp to roll the cart in conjunction with the stairs to get up there. The staff dont look very happy working there.

The initial three times we had to visit this location, (to reserve a truck, pick up the truck, and pick up the car hauler) we spent over 10 minutes waiting for someone to come service us in the shop, the first time it was over 30 minutes. My husband ended up calling the after hours number on the storage facility and was instructed, "Someone should be there, walk around and yell until you find someone." They have a mechanic named Rogan who helped us the first time and he was awesome!! Totally attentive, answered all our questions the best he could, and was honest when we asked his opinion on things like gas mileage and necessary added insurance. The other people we worked with acted like they didn't want to be there and weren't very clear in their instructions. When we went to pick up the car hauler the guy wanted us to go back inside with him to finish the paperwork but he didn't say that, he just walked away when we were talking to each other. We stood outside and kicked rocks for about 5 minutes before he came back out and yelled, "Uh, did you guys want to finish the paperwork in here with me?" as though we should have just known to follow him in and what he was doing. He had walked away and left us waiting for various equipment for the hauler a couple of times already. Rogan helped us load our car on the hauler because the other guy didn't know what to do, and he gave my husband clear instructions on how to take it back off again and some extra tips on the 'character' of the equipment. If Rogan hadn't been there that day I would have gotten really frustrated. The GM was on location at a later time when I went to buy a box (I didn't have to wait as long on the fourth visit) and I made sure to tell him how amazing we thought Rogan was and how worthless everyone else had been.
