I can believe that this company is having reviews with 5 stars, according to my experience I would say that they have been written by the employees of the company. They are the most disgusting, incompetent and unprofessional moving company I have been dealing with in my life.
They broke walls and tear flooring when picking up my stuff, after signing for the damages in the house, they try to deny they broke them.
The list of item was written by their mover in a tablet that didn't allow me to see the notes that he wrote, those notes were basically saying that everything in my house was broken before they took it, and those notes have been used to deny any responsible payment after damaging several of my appliances. Miracle. After moving only the damages they made are there, the rest are gone.
They messed up the stickers with the name of the items, and they lost several of them, doesn't care with or without identification numbers, they are denying the payment for any of them.

Avoid this company if you value any of your possessions or you don't want to have all kind of problems during your moving.
The same can be said about the whole ATLAS COMPANY, AND LITLESTRAN, avoid these companies for your moving.

InterWest packed and moved our household from Northwest WY to Central NE.  Ryan worked hard to coordinate numerous personnel to meet our needs from walk through, writing a quote, packing, and moving.  After waiting on us through a 5 month delay, they worked with our tight final schedule and completed our move from home to home in 3 days.  Armando, our Atlas van driver, supervised the physical move from start to finish.  He couldn't have worked harder to watch over the crews, the process, and the handling of our property.  He went above and beyond in every way, not leaving us in our new home until he was absolutely sure he had done all he could do to meet our needs.  It is a pleasure to recommend InterWest for your moving needs!

NOBODY I'D TRUST MORE.  We moved from Idaho Falls to Meridian, ID and it was not an easy move.  I was already working and commuting Monday-Friday so I wasn't home much to help pack.  We hired InterWest and I'm grateful we did.  They barcode every single item that gets packed, scan it as it enters and scan it when it leaves.  Because our house sold in Idaho Falls before we could move into our house in Meridian, they even unpacked everything and stored it at their warehouse, then repacked everything 3 weeks later, drove it to Meridian, and unpacked it all!  Not a single thing was missing or broken.  Their movers were courteous and made a great team.  You'd can tell they have a good workplace because they were happy to be moving us.  I tip my hat guys, glad you like moving 'cuz I sure don't.  Can't go wrong with InterWest.

I highly recommend the InterWest team. They made our move a positive experience from start to finish.  I was especially impressed with their customer service at each level.  They went out of their way to accommodate our crazy schedule and really made us feel like we were their most important customer.  We worked with several different Interwest crews during our move.  Each team consistently exceeded our expectations in every measurable way. They were punctual, professional, polite and clean. We couldn't have asked for more.  We will definitely use them again in the future.

We were relocating home items in two large moving vans from Sheridan to temp-controlled storage units in Belgrade. There were only two of us available to unload so we contacted Cindi at Interwest M&S in Belgrade and inquired about helpers. She immediately dispatched two gentlemen, Jason and Keane,  to assist us upon arrival. Once the unloading began it soon became a 2-man operation. Both movers were obviously experienced professionals and we therefore just decided to stay out of their way. The efficiency and manner in which the guys went about their business was amazing to watch.  Our items were all long-time family heirlooms, artwork, and antiques. There care and attention to detail was a relief as they carefully stacked and arranged both of our 10' x 20' storage units. I seldom make it a point to go out of the way to contact a company after services rendered, but in this case I made it a point to do so. We are very grateful to the Interwest staff for their services. Do not even hesitate to give them a call for your moving needs.
