There's about 15 people in line here...and 2 people working the comouter.

How this place has got a 4.5. stars average is beyond me.

People are now leaving saying the computer doesn't work and is down.

Come on uhaul.

This is a reflection of outdated tech and infrastructure and piss poor management coming from the top.

Neglecting the small crappy places is where it begins.

Fix it.

Have traveled extensively since leaving this place in June,  have spent many dollars on UHAUL products, still knowing they have great equipment, have rented equipment from hear to Bay City,  MI,  sending my recommendations for friends and family to use what they have to offer,  this won't change,  but you have a manager there at 751054 that thinks he is above the law and safety is put on the back burner because of his drinking on the job issues.  Went in there  when I had a van out and got beraded. Why are you wearing your glasses,  are you on drugs,  why do you come in here frequently, these are questions you may say to a punk on the street,  but you seem to forget I left that place and now I am a customer, get it through your head the only reason you are still there Simon is because upper management feels safety for customers with your on the job drinking can be overlooked as long as the numbers are good.  Really guys wake up or we collectively will get the whole state involved,  OSHA would be for starts.  Fire him or keep him,  but remember your career will be over also if for god forbid something happens to those underpaid, overworked,  underappreciated workers,  especially Stacy. You have a PBT in the back office I suggest it gets used at least once in awhile.  Think safety,  not dollars,  do the right thing. Drinking and working are done on separate occasions, wake up.

Staff was really nice and willing to help us. We had a storage unit with them for 3 months and rented a truck for the day. There is a major lack of parking at this location. This makes it very difficult loading/unloading your things in your storage unit. You better hope and pray no one else is "moving in/out" at the same time. When we came to pick up our stuff from the unit to move into our new apartment we discovered mouse feces on EVERYTHING. We had the SafeStor insurance, hopefully they cover some sort of cost from the inconvenience of having to wash most everything we own. When I informed them of the problem they told me they had to kick someone out recently because they were storing food in their unit...staff is great but location could be better.

The new manager, in Kalamazoo, MI., went above and beyond to help us. The owner of the independent location in Portage, MI. Also was top notch! We had a long move, that took two separate trips, and the Findlay OH, tiffin ave, return was great too. 
The Uhaul website needs work.

Very welcoming to everyone that call's or comes in, quick to help you with everything you need, always make sure you have everything before you walk out the door. Amazing people all the way around I would without a dough use U Haul again. I have to say five star's for being awesome to everyone and another five for the store being clean, totally wonderful people. Thank you
