The customer service at this location is great. I was not expecting super quick service being it was a weekend, and as I understand that's a pretty busy time for them. Michelle was very professional and courteous. We had a few issues and she was able to help us work through them. A generally positive experience. My only complaint is the parking lot is really small and somewhat difficult to navigate.

Said I damaged the top of the rubber bumper and rubbed paint off of the loading area painted floor. I only loaded cardboard boxes and clothes. Better take a dozen photos before you leave with their equipment. Charged me 150.00 more, God only knows what it would have been without the waiver. You would expect some paint rub off on a cargo van and there was some when I picked it up but I didn't take pictures or complain. I want go back again, learned my lesson.
