Dianna was a great customer service manager. I arrived a little late and she helped me out no problems. Made sure I had the correct size unit and everything. It was also really nice to have the ability to fill out all the paperwork online so when I showed up all I had to do was sign. I even paid for the first several months ahead of time so I wouldn't have to worry about paying another bill as I transition to move into the area. Thank you for a great experience ^_^

Diana was very friendly from the moment she called to confirm my reservation. When I arrived at Public Storage she was even friendlier in person. The process was easy and she was very very helpful and professional!
