My name is Matthew Powell I have had a storage at this location for bout 5-6months and I have to say this has to be the worst location to deal with i have been trying to get ahold of the manager for the last 2weeks and I still have not got a phone call or email back from anyone this is not the way a business is suppose to be ran. They would not take my payment due to i was short $16.70 and I have spoke to cooperate and they said it is ridiculous that the laid did not want to take my payment because I was $16.70 short . Now I am behind and have to pay double bill which is $398.80 and all this is cause I was only 16.70 short im still waiting for a call back from the marketing Manger "karrie" it has been 2days I have not heard anything and im still waiting on a call from this locations Manger which it has been 2weeks now. I have never had a issues with this location until I had to deal with the lady that was outside with her girlfriend for 30mins that would NOT  take my 170.00 payment because I was 16.70 short I hope my issues can be dealt with in the right way. Because my whole life is in that storage unit and nobody will work with me or call me back. I hope nobody has to deal with this same issues that I'm dealing with with this location.

Extremely rude and impolite staff. Not very helpful and like to give out “punishments” if you do not do what they say. They like to change up your schedule and be in control of what you do. 
I would not recommend you to this u haul location it is not a friendly or professional  place.

months in a row my storage has been paid up to date and they still put a corporate lock on my storage unit.  I still receive two bills in the mail for some reason they can't seem to get their billing discrepancy sorted out and every time it's their fault that there's never any accountability or compensation for my inconvenience

Not happy with there business practice, and lack of customer service. I had set a reservation online for a 7pm pick up of a 26' box truck a couple days in advance. Have confirmation. Go to pick up truck, and the G.M. (Natasha?) cancelled my reservation and set up a new one at a different location, and a different size truck(smaller) than I requested originally. I know things happen, but I had confirmation in advance to ensure what I needed was there. Natasha did not even call or email me to let me know what had happened. She( Natasha) left it on the people at the other location. Poor customer service. If the G.M. does this, I can only imagine what there staff is like.  Unfortunately I will have to cut ties with this location. (Not the 1st hickup, at this location)
A phone call, or email would have been nice. It would have avoided this 1 star, much deserved rating.

The provided an AT transport. They also worked with me to fix an accidental over charge. I recommend them for those needing their services.
