Worst possible experience. Due to a problem with the purchase of our home, our items were in storage. We set a date once purchase was set for delivery and they messed the date up. They ended arriving at 10pm at night and were unloading till 3AM. Over $2500 in damage including 2 large screen television sets, walls, floors, missing table glass and so on. Mike kept saying "he would make good on all of it." Then he disappeared. Would not pick up his phone or return voice mails. NEVER USE THEM!

Since 2014 due to my husband's job we move every 7-12 months. Mike and the guys from Kings moving has moved us a total of 4 times to date. I would never use any other company. The guys are always polite, reliable and always work extremely hard to make sure we are happy. We own very heavy real wood furniture with lots of marble and delicate pieces and the guys always take extra care to make sure everything is well protected. In the 4 moves we have had one tiny rip on a couch which Mike Jr made mention of to me (he could have easily hid it since it was on the back of the chair, I appreciated his honesty) King's have also moved several of my family & friends residential & commercial (they moved my Doctors office) and they've all been super happy and would highly recommend the guys of King's Pro Moving. Quality service at very fair prices!

Mike, Mike Jr. and Nick are great people to have work for you! My wife Kelly M and i used them 3 times and they are careful, fast reliable and I will never use anyone else. These guys are better than 2 men and a truck! Rock on Kings your the best. I got you Mike thanks for the help and your generosity. If i could give more stars I rate you 100! Keep up the good work and if people don't use you they are fools!!!!

Mike Jr and Tyler packed the POD I had delivered from the floor to the ceiling in just over 2 hours! They were polite and took great care wrapping and handling my belongings. Two weeks later I returned to the home to pick up a generator (the last thing to move!). Being 5 months pregnant there was not much I could do without help and I couldn't get in touch with ANYONE. In a panic I called King's and Mike said that he didn't have anyone in the area but that he would be there in 20 minutes. Mike was there in 15, loaded the generator for me, and refused to even take gas money. I was so grateful I was in tears. Wonderful company to do business with!! Share review

First, let me explain the situation. I live next to an SPCA. There are about 30 stray cat's in my neighborhood. They spray all over outside, so when its hot, the entire neighborhood smells of cat pee. I love animals, and they are just trying to survive, so I don't chase them away. It can be a bother though, and I was trying to move out of the area. I scheduled King's movers to move me. They arrived. I met them in the driveway. The could immediately smell the spray outside. The mover said the other mover is allergic to cat's, and he was going to go back to the office to get a mover that wasn't allergic. Two hours passed. I called and spoke with the owner. He said he didn't know what was going on and would contact the movers and find out. Another hour passed (mind you, I have to be out of my house today.) I went to call back, and the owner texted me. He said he had been trying to call (he didn't, my phone was in my hand most of that time.) The text said that the house smells bad and they won't move us. The movers never came in the house, and only judged by the outside. I called, tried to explain the situation, but before I could get any words out, the owner started screaming at me. Yes, screamed! Every time I tried to talk, he would scream more. I have never been treated by anyone like that. This is the MOST unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. If they don't like something, they will not move you. They will lie to you. And if you call to explain anything, you will be screamed at with insults and obscenities. He called me and my family "A bunch of scumbags." He also accused me of being a F****** liar for saying the movers didn't even come in the house. Luckily, there was another mover available, who came and moved us immediately. When I told him what happened, he said "Do not worry sir, we are professionals." I agree with that statement. King's movers are not professional in anyway. I have also wrote the Better Business Bureau. My suggestion is to use ANYONE else but this company. They are cheap, but you get what you pay for. He also threatened to sue me if I posted a bad review on Yelp. I know he can't, but it just shows the arrogance of the owner. On a side note, after everything happened I went to the Better Business Bureau website and looked the company up. They already have 3 complaints against them, and are ineligible to receive a BBB Accreditation for "Failure to comply with arbitration decision or mediated settlement, One complaint filed against business that was not resolved,Unauthorized use of BBB name or trademarks." So if you don't want to take my word for it, you can look them up on the BBB.
