WARNING!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE BUSINESS! This location proves one time after the other that this location is ran by armatures that don't even know the basics for a customer service or even just to be polite while talking to people. Managers and workers will insult you and even yell at you. I was locked by one of them once in the underground storage building after they have neglected to check if someone is there before locking. Today I had another very bad experience with them. The manager David Magnes insulted me over the phone and talked down to me, after I called today to find out why U-Haul charged me extra $15 this month. They fine you automatically if something is wrong with your card without letting you know that something is wrong with it, without warning. David was very insulting and talked disrespectfully to me and was very PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE. When I asked why they don't warn their clients upfront about a problem with a card, he told me "we have 1600 clients, and maybe you should learn how to track your card" When I told him that no one ever talked to me so disrespectfully before as a service provider, told him that his job is not to educate me about how to manage my life, and that I will complain about his behavior, he said "Well maybe someone should have educated you about this before" This guy is either trying to m get fired, or this whole company is a joke. I don't get it how a company can survive with such a terrible customer service. I'm shocked. Of coursed I didn't give him my new card over the phone because after that conversation I didn't trust him. I will forward this to their corporation office but I have the feeling that all this company is rotten from bottom up.

The girl behind the counter didn't seem like she wanted to be there. The young man that was working at about 5pm was very nice and very helpful. He smiled and was pleasant. A nice kid.

Didnt have reserved box truck available and was forced to tale smaller size despite previous reservation w/ guarantee
