These guys are awesome! When setting up the move, we did have some difficulty arranging it, simply because the person I was working with didn't return my phone call. I then reached out to the corp number and had excellent customer service from Vincent. He helped arrange and confirm everything for me. I am also pretty proactive so I had no problem calling him, and he gave me his direct number which made everything much easier! Upon day of the move, Dale was our foreman and he is very very nice. He is understanding, polite, and seems to really care about all of our stuff, and us as people. Dale came with three other awesome guys, Adam, Paul, and Peter. They have all been super nice and very polite. I bought some waters and teas for them and told them to grab whatever they wanted, and even then they still asked to keep it in the fridge instead of helping themselves as I said they could. I also felt super terrible that they had to go up and down 3 flights of stairs, with no elevator, and couldn't park right next to the stairs. We did have them pack our TVs, mattresses, and all of our furniture. Everything is wrapped very very very well. I am pretty sure our furniture could last through a hurricane considering how much stretch film, blankets, and tape are on everything. I highly doubt anything will show up broken/scratched. Overall great experience and it was so nice having them here! Thanks again for doing everything, I know those stairs are a pain in the butt! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I have moved a ridiculous number of times. In the last five years alone, my wife and I have moved five times including three cross-country moves. (and before that was perhaps another ten moves in two decades.) Trust me when I say that I have a lot of moving experience. Upline was the best moving experience that we have had. We paid an additional $200 for packing, which didn't seem an unreasonable expense, and they got the job done in amazing time and with everything delivered in one piece. Our items were wrapped and boxed with care but also at lightning speed. One of the things I appreciated is that Upline sent four people to pack and move us rather than the customary three. It kept the packing and move racing along. From the time they showed up to pack us to the time they left the final box in the new apartment a half mile away was just around seven hours. The quote was the quote--there were no surprise charges.

I moved with this company a few months back and I had the best crew possible. They were fast and got the job done in less time that I expected. Nothing was broken and all the movers were respectful. From the initial phone call to the end of my move I had a great expirence. USE UPLINE MOVING I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. They also have a referral program I told my friend about them and after her move was done they sent me a $50 check in the mail.
